Practice Schedule

Practice makes perfect!  New to the team or want to join? Join us for some practices and see if you like it! Anyone eligible for membership is welcome!

Monday:  7:30 pm Swim (UC Pool)

Tuesday: 8:15 pm Spin (Wellness Center Spin Studio)

Wednesday: 7pm Track Workouts (Track)

Thursday: 7:30 pm Swim (UC Pool)

Friday: Lift 4:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am Assorted ( Check facebook/twitter)  

Sunday: 7:00am Ride (BUC)  || 2:30 pm Swim (UC Pool)


An average of 2 practices/week is required to be eligible for team reimbursements.

Also look for updates on Twitter, Facebook, or E-mail regarding weekday morning rides and weather cancellations.
